Asheville Regional Airport

The closest commercial airport sits in northern Henderson County near I-26, about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown in ordinary traffic. Taxis, ride apps, and a weekday public-transit connection are available at the airport; a car remains useful for orchards, vineyards, Flat Rock, and DuPont.

Greenville-Spartanburg

The larger Upstate airport approaches from the south via I-85 and US-25/I-26 corridors. Allow about one hour to downtown before traffic; there is no direct public-transit link to Hendersonville.
